Plant model for ammonia production based on MSW gasification

Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
It consists in three partially different models. “Plant1.mso” corresponds to the model where steam turbines are used as compressor driver. “Plant2.mso” corresponds to the model where internal combustion engines are used as compressor driver. “Plant3.mso” corresponds to the model where electric motors are used as compressor driver. All three models comprise the equipment models required to transform the synthesis gas, generated during the municipal solid waste gasification, into ammonia. Economic models are also present. Using them, the net present value of the plant is automatically calculated during the plant simulation. The files “Plant1.rlt”, “Plant2.rlt” and “Plant3.rlt” are guesses used to facilitate the simulations convergence. The file “streams1.mso” is a supplementary one. This model is already in the software EMSO when it is installed but, for purpose of adaption to this work, it suffered one slight change.
